For the chocoholics! Students learn how to work with chocolate to create Chocolate Bonbons, Mediants, and Truffles by working with our chef to the master the techniques!
- 2 and 1/2 hour hands-on class
- Each student can taste their own hand-made Chocolate Bonbons, Mediants, and Truffles!
- Each student will go home a selection of Chocolate Bonbons, Mediants and Truffles, as well recipes and detailed instructions to create these chocolate goodies for family and friends!
Please Note: All classes/events are subject to cancellation if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
Refund/Reschedule Policy
We offer a 100% refund, minus a $25 service fee, for refund requests made no later than 5 days before the start of classes/events. No refunds/reschedule will be issued otherwise, unless the class/tasting has been canceled by Atelier Sucré, wherein 100% of the class and fee will be refunded.
BYOB: All events are "Bring Your Own Bottle”
Kitchen will be open 10 minutes before listed class time. Class will start promptly at listed time.
