East Village : Eclair & Cream Puff

During this session, students will learn the traditional French art of making these light and tasty all-time favorite desserts. Chef will guide you every step of the way so that you understand how these sophisticated desserts are prepared so that you can perfect the recipes at home.

- 2 and 1/2 hour hands-on class
- Each student will taste their own hand-made eclairs and cream puffs!
- Each student will go home 4/5 cream puffs and eclairs to enjoy at home, along with recipes and detailed instructions to recreate these desserts at home!

Please Note: All classes/events are subject to cancellation if the minimum number of participants is not reached.

Please Note: students work in groups of 4 (maximum)

Refund/Reschedule Policy (No Exceptions): We offer a 100% refund, minus credit card fess, booking fees and a $25 cancellation fee, for refund requests made no later than 5 days before the start of group classes/events. No refunds/reschedule will be issued otherwise, unless the class/tasting has been canceled by Atelier Sucré, wherein 100% of the class and fee will be refunded.

Late Rescheduling Fees (No Exceptions): For rescheduling requests made within 5 days of the group class/event, there is a $50 per participant fee.

BYOB: All our events are "bring your own bottle"!

This class is open to child under 18 for a discounted price of $75. A paying adult must be present. Please contact if you would like to purchase a child's ticket.

Kitchen will be open 10 minutes before listed class time and class will start promptly at listed time.

IMPORTANT:
In order to ensure a great experience for all, participants who arrived more than 15 minutes after the scheduled class time will not be permitted to join the class and will forfeit the class. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.
