Master the art of cake decorating and elevate your skills to create stunning, textured layered cakes. Learn a range of piping techniques, from shells to rosettes, and discover how to apply them to your creations.


Students will learn:

- Crumb Coat

- Swiss Meringue Buttercream

- Various piping techniques (shells, stars, zig-zags, ruffles & rosettes)

- Decorative "touch"


- 2.5 hour hands-on class
- Each student will go home with the skills to decorate their own cakes at home

- Each student will go home with the cake they decorated


Please Note: All classes/events are subject to cancellation if the minimum number of participants is not reached.

Please note students work in groups of 4 (maximum)


Refund/Reschedule Policy
We offer a 100% refund, minus a $25 service fee, for refund requests made no later than 5 days before the start of classes/events. No refunds/reschedule will be issued otherwise, unless the class/tasting has been canceled by Atelier Sucré, wherein 100% of the class and fee will be refunded.

BYOB: All events are "Bring Your Own Bottle”

**Kitchen will be open 10 minutes before listed class time and class will start promptly at listed time.


IMPORTANT: In order to ensure a great experience for all, participants who arrived more than 15 minutes after the scheduled class time will not be permitted to join the class and will forfeit the class. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.
