Celebrate Valentine's Day with a fun and romantic baking class! Participants will learn to prepare Flourless Chocolate Cake, Dark Chocolate Mousse & decorate Valentine's Day Cookies. Each reservation is for 2 participants.
- 2.5 hour hands-on class
- Each student will go home with the skills to decorate their own cakes at home
Refund/Reschedule Policy
We offer a 100% refund, minus a $25 service fee, for refund requests made no later than 5 days before the start of classes/events. No refunds/reschedule will be issued otherwise, unless the class/tasting has been canceled by Atelier Sucré, wherein 100% of the class and fee will be refunded.
BYOB: All events are "Bring Your Own Bottle”
**Kitchen will be open 10 minutes before listed class time and class will start promptly at listed time.
Students will learn to:
- Bake Flourless Chocolate Cake
- Create Dark Chocolate Mousse
- Prepare Glace Royal (royal icing)
- Decorate Valentine's Day Cookies
- 2.5 hour hands-on class
- Each student will go home with the skills to decorate their own cakes at home
- Each student will go home with the cake they decorated
Please Note: All classes/events are subject to cancellation if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
Please note students work in groups of 2 (maximum)
Please note that Gift Certificates, Bundle Packs and Class Credits cannot be used for this event.
